I recently had a dermaplaning treatment followed by a chemical peel with Daniella, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daniella was extremely professional from start to finish and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. I loved my brows! Unfortunately my sides were too short to wax, so I wasn't able to get those done (which is totally understandable!). However, I did struggle to get in touch with the salon before my appointment with a query I had, and also afterwards regarding having lost something and wanting to ask if it had been found there. I tried calling, texting and emailing but unfortunately no response.

Absolutely amazing at what she does. So skilled and professional. Waxing seems like a pampering.
