Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. Daniella was extremely professional from start to finish and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The results were noticeable straight away, my skin looked smoother, brighter, and incredibly radiant. I visited Daniella today for various treatments to get ready for my holiday. Fabulous therapist my eyelashes look fantastic . Waxing was actually a great experience as I didn’t flinch once and that’s amazing for me. Also brow tint & wax and nails & toes gel painted and expertly painted. Totally ready now and highly recommend Daniella .

I loved my brows! Unfortunately my sides were too short to wax, so I wasn't able to get those done (which is totally understandable!). However, I did struggle to get in touch with the salon before my appointment with a query I had, and also afterwards regarding having lost something and wanting to ask if it had been found there. I tried calling, texting and emailing but unfortunately no response.
