What can I say apart from wow! After watching the video of the new Ice globe facial I wanted to book. This was the first time having this experience and it was amazing, I felt so relaxed that I think I fell asleep and yeah might have snored oops! Seriously this facial gets a 20/10 for me. I loved the coldness and the warmth and my face felt so refreshed. The neck massage was lush too. Thank you so much Keely, I would definitely recommend this new facial xx 😊

My visit today was a bikini wax. As always a great service always made to feel welcomed. Added bonus was that lovely cool room with the air conditioning especially on a hot day as it was today, it was so nice I didn’t want to leave! I had the Signature Ice Global Facial was amazing each step of the facial was explained beforehand. My skin looks and feels so healthy afterwards, the head massage was so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to Keely at Primrose Beauty for many years now. Keely is a kind, careful, confident practioner. She puts you at ease and listens to what you need from each treatment. I love a neck and shoulder massage but have also tried other treatments which were all wonderful. I now go regularly and love booking ahead on Fresha. Can't imagine not having treatments in my diary year on year!

Visited the beauty hub today for a full leg wax. Lyndsey was welcoming and explained what to expect. She worked fast and efficiently and was very thorough. I especially liked the camomile I have booked for more waxing treatments with Lyndsey.
