Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. Could not recommend Nic enough! My eyebrows are perfect every time, no irritation from the wax or tint and that’s been a huge issue for me in the past. We always have a laugh and end up in the deepest chats. Amazing every time! ❤️

Another lovely morning of being pampered for my holidays. We had a little blip with the Fresha App but Claire as always worked her magic, multi tasked and got me sorted. Can't thank her enough. Also a little manicure for my daughter which she loved.
