Nerves eased 10000%. Kellyanne was so professional, welcoming and absolutely hilarious, which made the whole experience so much more relaxing. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in, and left with all aftercare and instructions needed. Kim is the most thorough beautician I have been to. An absolute perfectionist. Kim made me so welcome and continued to ask if I was comfortable throughout the treatments. Today I had microdermabration and dermaplaning. Can't wait to go back tomorrow to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and lip waxed. A thoroughly lovely lady.

What a fantastic experience I loved every minute of it . I had the Japanese head spa with the extra bonus of a leg and foot massage . Holly is professional at all times makes you feel really welcome and relaxed . . You get a fantastic facial and head scrub with the beautiful running water over your head and soothing music to put you into the zone . I’d have this every week if I could I’ll be putting it on every present list from now on thanks Holly just amazing

Absolutely in love with my new lashes. This was my first visit to Chloe and she was so helpful and managed to get me in before my holiday. Not had lashes in a long time so I was a little nervous how they’d be but they are absolutely perfect. 🤩
