Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Alice, the hairstylist, who was adorable, highly professional, and incredibly patient with my mom. The eyebrow waxing was top-notch too, exactly what she asked for. I had the Skin Polish Resurfacing Facial today with Nicole and it was absolutely wonderful. My skin feels so refreshed, and the lymphatic massage at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment.
