After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

I’ve been visiting Milena now for several months for a full body massage and facial. I can hands down say, she’s the best masseur I’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of massages across the globe and been to lots of different spas over the years but nothing compares. I leave my appointment feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. The tension I carried into my appointment is completely gone and my skin has never been better. The time she takes carrying out each treatment is second to none. 2nd visit here and both times I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. She is friendly and chatty and it is just like spending an hour with a friend. The appointment was not at all rushed and I can definitely see an improvement with the radio frequency treatment on my chin/neck area and upper arms. Skin is definitely tighter than before. I still have 3 appointments to go and cannot wait to see my final results. Highly recommend.

Booked through a recommendation of a friend. Friendly and welcoming, non judgemental. Had an eyelash tint and this was the first time a beauty therapist hasn’t got the tint in my eye! Thankyou! Eye brow wax shape was perfect and the tint spot on. Definitely will be rebooking.

I chose a relaxation massage and it was wonderful. Melissa checked with me about the pressure she was using and it was perfect. Melissa is a lovely lady who puts you at ease and the surroundings are warm and tranquil.

Best every eyebrow wax, really happt extremely recommended.

I've just finished a course of 5 sessions to tighten my mum tum and reduce fat. I love the results - 4.5cm off my waist, skin is visibly firmer and my c-section scar now looks a lot thinner and is just a silvery line rather than red and angry. I also had 5 sessions on my face - jowl, chin and forehead and a lot of my fine lines have gone and my 'turkey neck' has much improved. Couldn't be happier, thank you!

I treated myself to a wonderful back massage and facial with Laura and WOW! What a treat it was! The massage was amazing, mid to deep level which I what I love, had loads of knots that she worked on and my lower back, felt so much relief from that and also so relaxed, followed by amazing facial (definitely fell asleep in some parts) full deep cleanse with steam and hot towels, which just makes it all the more luxurious, and again amazing face, neck, should and scalp massage using aromatherapy oils. I honestly walked out there floating! Thanks so much Laura can’t wait for the next appointment x
