Came in yesterday tea time for appointment to have eyebrow threading and tint (first time for both) I'm not sure who it was that did my treatments but it certainly won't be the last. This very lovely young lady was thorough and professional and the few minutes she took in applying cream afterwards and making me feel like I was having a 'mini facial' was a real surprise and bonus. Well worth the £17.

I had the best experience with Bim for my underarm wax! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Just had a Glow by Tropic facial with Rachael - oh my goodness, probably the best facial I have ever had! The products smelt wonderful, felt wonderful and the face, neck and shoulder massage have left me relaxed and ready to go at the same time.
