Melissa explained exactly what she was doing during each step of the facial and how each of the products she was applying benefits your skin. I had a lot of questions about my current skin condition and she thoroughly answered each one. She made me feel super relaxed and calm. Her space is super cozy too. When it comes to pain, I'm a huge baby! I've heard from people I know that laser was painful so I'd been putting off having laser done because I was terrified of the pain. After having Cherine laser legs, underarms and some other areas I can say with confidence that it's quite literally painless. There was the random spot where it felt like the hair was being plucked but NOTHING like what I had heard. I really regret not getting laser done sooner. However, I'm glad I did wait, Cherine is very professional, relaxed and I felt like she took my fear of the potential pain seriously. No regrets!!!!
