I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

Hi. Serena was lovely However I came for the facial with concerns about the capillaries on my left cheek specifically and now they are worse…tho I understand they will clear up after a few days. I’ve put some cover up makeup on meanwhile. So maybe dermabrasion is not for me. What would you suggest in a month or so? Just curious…. Thank you.

Alyssa is extremely talented and a lovely person to be around. I was very comfortable with putting my eyebrows in her capable hands and am so glad I did. I wanted a natural looking brow that works with my facial structure and Alyssa guided me through my options and gave her expert recommendations which turned out beautiful. I will be going back for more permanent makeup with Alyssa to help enhance my natural features and give me that extra bit of ‘wow’ without having to spend the time and effort with makeup. It’s also better than anything I’ve done on my own so thank you!

The head spa at Lux is absolutely WOW. I booked last minute and Tiffany was incredible...the whole experience was 10/10. The head/scalp/face massaging is the best part, my hair and scalp felt so good afterwards too. Will definitely be back thank you Tiffany!!

Incredible experience! Real therapists who know what they are doing, the reflexology I had with Vai was so therapeutic and enjoyable! The Signature Head Spa done by these ladies is a must-try!! So much great face, head,neck, arm, hand massage included with the amazing scalp scrub and intense cleanse!!! So cool!! I was so relaxed in that warm, luxurious bed! Thank you!!!

I really loved the service, the pain was bearable even though I heard otherwise. I got my lip blushing done by Mitra, she was amazing. Made the experience 10 times better. Didn’t even feel the time go by and was looking forward to my touch up just to chat with her again. Overall, the customer service is amazing would definitely recommend!

I recently went to Lux Hair Salon in Grimsby and I’m genuinely so happy with my hair. Maria did such an amazing job with my red and blonde—it turned out even better than I hoped. She was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. The salon has such a fun but relaxing vibe, and everyone there is so welcoming. The beverage bar was also a really nice touch! I’d definitely recommend Lux to anyone looking for a great experience and beautiful results. I’ll for sure be going back.

SKN Deep knows how to prioritize my self-care! I absolutely loved my lift + sculpt buccal facial massage. I have sensitive skin and had absolutely no irritation. My face looked more toned and I couldn't believe how much tension was released! I also got a lash lift + tint - I don't know why it took me this long to do it - it has saved me so much time in the mornings!! When I say I woke up like this, now I can really mean it!!
