A wonderful experience with Lucy. The facial massage was so soothing and relaxing I could have gone off to sleep. Lucy used a variety of massage techniques which helps the products to penetrate as well as stimulating blood flow to the face. Walked out of the experience uplifted and joyful.

Emily was wonderful, and the lovely lady at reception made me feel so welcome. I loved the warm bed and beautiful calm music. Whilst I was only having waxing done, it was still a relaxing experience and I felt pampered. Jo is highly experienced and calm and polite. Always consistent .
