Tara is exceptionally skilled at waxing. I have been getting waxing done for 13 years and have had many different beauty therapists over the years, but Tara is the best. Envy was very good ....my feet were cold as the air con was really cold...they should have been covered and when the little facial machine started on my face I should have been alerted. I felt so relaxed throughout the session, my face feels super soft and smooth. I was full of questions and Felicity answered all of them. The fruit tea after is an excellent idea. A way of making sure some fluids are consumed before you leave. Thank you, it was a great experience and I hope to visit again to show her how well I've healed.

Service was good, I was probably more disappointed in the fact that there is a Sunday surcharge but it doesn’t actually state that on the website or the booking link. It just says public holiday surcharge so I think head office would really benefit by telling their customers that. I also wasn’t aware that when you get the eyebrow shape and tint it is purely just waxing and tinting. I would’ve thought that it would’ve been mapped out and possibly some trimming and tweezerIng along with that shaping but the overall experience was good…. Melissa is lovely
