I had a wonderful waxing experience with Helen at the new Studio 369! The salon is absolutely beautiful and has such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Helen was incredibly caring and thorough, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable—even offering me a warm blanket. The service was fantastic, and my legs feel absolutely amazing! Had the best experience with Brooke at BT Beauty! 🤍 My brow lamination turned out even better than I imagined, they look so fluffy, lifted and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. Ruby was absolutely amazing! Highly professional, very kind, calm and made the whole treatment incredibly pleasant. I got heartburn throughout the treatment and Ruby was really patient whilst I took my medication and made me feel at ease. Ruby was knowledgeable and I will absolutely return as a client. The owner of the clinic is also really lovely, and so is the Manager. I felt like I was in great hands.
