I had an amazing dermaplaning session at Medilux Spa! The experience was so relaxing from start to finish. The lady who did my facial was absolutely lovely—kind, professional, and really skilled. My girl Zahlee worked her magic again! Hope she receives my tip in FULL. It’s was only a small amount to start with as I want to make sure she receives it in full first 😉 (many places take a percentage of the tip 😒) She’s so hardworking and still helps the less tenured beauty therapists when they need her, she always has a smile on her face and remembers those small details about you from the previous appt. I’ve never felt like a number or a process she’s repeated tirelessly! Keep slaying! ❤️

I had a full leg wax done with Sandy. Right off the bat, I liked the vibe of the salon, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Sandy was great, you can tell she’s very good at what she does and I felt like I was in great hands. She did a great job with my legs, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I’d highly recommend this place

Excellent as always! Sonya always takes her time to carefully check that I am happy with the length of the my hair before cutting at various stages of my appointment. I went to other hairdressers in the last few years as I moved few suburbs away from Runcorn which were not only more expensive but also did a far worse job of cutting my very thick hair. She is a friendly person who provides quality services at very affordable prices. I will definitely be back!
