Stell was amazing—friendly, communicative and accommodating, adjusting my treatments to be pregnancy safe. I explained my brows aren’t naturally level due to a slight facial droop, and for the first time they’ve looked genuinely symmetrical. I wish I’d found Mediluxe before my wedding! The whole experience was so relaxing, and Stell even closed the front doors during my facial so it was completely uninterrupted. I had the Brow Sculpt & Colour, Face Waxing and HydraGLOW Pigmentation Protocol Facial. Highly recommend! Only downside is you can hear the shopping centre outside.

I had an amazing dermaplaning session at Medilux Spa! The experience was so relaxing from start to finish. The lady who did my facial was absolutely lovely—kind, professional, and really skilled. I had a full leg wax done with Sandy. Right off the bat, I liked the vibe of the salon, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Sandy was great, you can tell she’s very good at what she does and I felt like I was in great hands. She did a great job with my legs, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Excellent as always! Sonya always takes her time to carefully check that I am happy with the length of the my hair before cutting at various stages of my appointment. I went to other hairdressers in the last few years as I moved few suburbs away from Runcorn which were not only more expensive but also did a far worse job of cutting my very thick hair. She is a friendly person who provides quality services at very affordable prices. I will definitely be back!

I was very nervous before my lip tattoo because I’d heard it would be painful and cause swelling for days. However, Anna was incredibly experienced and talented, and the whole process was surprisingly comfortable. Despite my low pain tolerance, I’d rate the pain only 1/10, with some areas completely painless. Anna assured me her technique and needle type would prevent swelling, and she was absolutely right 5.5 hours later, I still have no swelling. I’ve already received so many compliments on the results and would highly recommend Anna to anyone considering tattoo work.

I am very happy with my eyeliner, lip and brow tattoo from day 1 up to the touch up. Erica did a wonderful job with shaping my brows, she got my lip tattoo shade almost close to the lipstick I use everyday. I really love the shape of my lips now and she made my hooded and droopy eye opened and lifted up. I recommened Erica to those who are wanting to do their brow, lip and eyeliner tattoo.
