My first appointment with Letitia for lips & I am over the moon. She is FABULOUS; already a beautiful girl, with the loveliest personality, but also a perfectionist in her work; so kind; thorough in explaining every step; constantly checks if your are comfortable & OK with everything as she goes along & genuinely interested in how you are,,,,,, she listens to anything you might feel unsure about and makes the whole experience comfortable. I won’t lie, the lip procedure is ‘nippy’ like tiny continuous pins, but not unbearable. I could not fault anything about it. Fabulous. 💋

I had a really great experience today with Tharina, who did my eyebrow wax and tint. I’d had some bad experiences at other salons previously, so was a bit apprehensive. Tharina made me feel comfortable straight away and she really listened to what I wanted. The salon itself was lovely, with such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Kirsty always does excellent work. I had toner, straighten, trim and eyelash tint eyebrow wax. A new product rep walked in the salon when Kirsty was straightening my very long hair and commented 'wow your hair looks amazing'. Yes, that's why I've been a longtime client.
