I’m an ongoing repeated customer because of Mediluxe’s premium quality & customer service. The Cleveland store has an inviting design layout that is tranquil & clinically clean. Feels like a home away from home; who wouldn’t want to be welcomed at the door with a warm smile and water. The staff are patient, respectful (discern one’s mood), meet one’s requests & provide the utmost level of professionalism without being pushy. The girls at Aeon are incredible! They do the best brows & facials and aren’t pushy on selling products like lots of other beauty salons, however are always willing to help you with your skincare routine and just want the best for you & your skin. I love my visits to Aeon and recommend them to everyone!!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by Meg for a couple of years now and she absolutely nails it every single time. I’ll never let anyone outside of Aeon touch them again. Their service is also so professional and the girls are so kind. You feel welcomed the second you walk in. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have been seeing Charlie for years and honestly, I would follow her anywhere! She recently moved salons, and of course I had to go with her because she is simply the best. She always gets my blonde colour absolutely perfect, exactly how I want it every time. Beyond her amazing technical skills, she’s warm, professional, and makes the whole experience such a pleasure. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands colour and cares about her clients, I can’t recommend her enough!

Anna is an excellent Beautician, I go to her for waxing, facials and massage and can not recommend her enough, she excels in all beauty treatments.
