She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. Very friendly and professional (a must given what's going on). Pain didn't last long and as a first timer I feel 100 percent afterwards. Would recommend, I don't know to who, because that'd be an awkward conversation, but yeah, good service.
