She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Super, love my nail colour

As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder. I had my normal eyebrow tint and threading and this time opted for lash tint as well, black/blue was recommended by the owner and I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Very friendly and welcoming

I love Zen , all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Kam did a brilliant eyebrow wax , eyelash dye and an amazing facial. I highly recommend this beauty salon!
