She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder. I had my normal eyebrow tint and threading and this time opted for lash tint as well, black/blue was recommended by the owner and I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Lovely time getting classic lashes on. Very helpful as my usual had to cancel due to family emergency I couldn’t find any places that would accept me not having a patch test even tho I’m not allergic to any glue, and she was able to do that for me as my schedule is very tight when I’m wanting to treat myself.
