I had multiple treatments! they greeted me with a cuppa before! i had my brows done and they are so nice. i get super nervous about getting them done from bad experience with another salons. the lash lift was so lovely! i also got a hollywood and full leg! she was so lovely! talked me through it all, wasn’t annoyed with me when i moved away when she was waxed my more intimate areas! so polite! so profession! have booked in again !

I visited the salon for the first time today & had my appointment with Courtney, a honestly couldn’t be happier with it!She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down and talked me through every step of the process. We’re starting my blonde journey and she took the time to explain what was best for my hair and what to expect for future. I appreciated how knowledgeable, honest, and reassuring she was. This was my first visit to Nirvana Gold. Nicole was lovely and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was really pleased with my brow wax and tint - Nicole checked with me if I wanted it any darker. She was also very gentle when waxing which was a nice experience. I would recommend.
