5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

Was so impressed with the shape and colour of my eyebrows and eyelashes done by Lucy, lovely lady who made me feel relaxed and very professional , will definitely be going back 😃

Honestly can’t recommend Less Is More enough. Such a friendly, welcoming and comfortable place from the moment you walk in. You instantly feel at ease, and the whole experience feels really relaxed and personal. I’ve had my eyebrows and eyelashes done here for the last year and always so happy with the results. Everything is done with such care and attention, and the finish is always beautiful and natural It’s also great value for money, which makes it even better. Such a gem of a place 🤍

Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise is an amazing beauty therapist who I can’t recommend enough. She’s incredibly skilled and always helps me choose the perfect nail colour. She really knows me and even plans ahead for my future beauty needs. She’s also such a great listener—I often offload during appointments and leave feeling so much lighter. Louise genuinely cares and always makes me feel like a valued client. I couldn’t look this good without her!
