Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I always walk out feeling my best thanks to these ladies! This time I did my brows, lashes, and feet all at once. Diana is meticulous and expertly makes my brows and lashes look their best every time. This was my first pedicure at the studio and Olya gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life - nails prepped and polished to perfection, my skin has never felt more smooth. It’s taken me a long time to find the best place in Hamilton for my nails and I finally did! I love coming here! Really clean space and everyone is super friendly! Alinsa always does such a fantastic job with my nails!

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

I can tell he’s been in the game since before half of us even knew what a lash lift was. 😂 The man’s got hands blessed by the beauty gods and a heart to match. I absolutely love each and every manicure I get here! The care and precision that goes into it is evident in the results. My cuticles are perfect, the colour is always flawlessly applied, and my hands are always so soft! My nails last 4-5 weeks without any issues. I can’t recommend this salon enough!
