Kathy is an expert at her job. I told her it was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I explained that I preferred a more natural look — not thick or heavy lashes. She explained the types of lashes that would suit the shape of my face and guided me through the process. She was very gentle and careful with her work, and the results turned out clean and beautiful. I also added eyebrow waxing and tinting, and everything was done perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my colleagues. Thank you, Kathy!

Kathy is a true lash artist who tailors styles to fit your eyes. I’ve done volume lashes for 10 years but with my sparse, thin lashes, I stuck to volume for fullness. At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural. I was nervous it might look “too natural,” but after a few days (and many compliments), I fell in love. No more caterpillar lashes—just my beautifully framed eyes ❤️.

Kathy is very accomodating for the style I wanted my lash to be. Very natural looking and the lashes are so light as well. Whole experience was so comfortable that I fell asleep! She's so great and will probably be my go-to from now on.

This was my first time visiting Royal Nails and it was a fantastic experience. I came with my mother in law, she had a pedi and mani. She did shellac pedi and tried out the cats eye polish and is in love with it. She's the type of lady who always gets the same color every time, red with sparkles. I got a French pedi and a new set of solar gel nails with design and they absolutely nailed it! No pun intended! It was exactly like the picture which I know doesn't always go that way. it was amazing! she was so accommodating, she even had a waiting room setup with some snacks. she was very gentle and nice. the lashes turned out perfect, and as someone with really sensitive eyes, these are very light and comfortable! i didn't tear up as much. she was kind enough to teach me how to brush my lashes too so that it would last long. definitely would recommend kathy to anyone who wants to get their lashes done! will be coming back again and again <3

The salon didn't have my nail color or anything remotely close to it so I had to go with a different color that I don't really care for. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. The staff are amazing and my nail shape is lovely.

Loved my nails and eyebrows. Booked to have eyebrows and eyelashes done at same time but couldn't have it done. It was a booked appointment & not a walk-in so this shouldn't of been an issue.

Jashan did my pedicure this morning and I am so pleased with it. Always checking in regarding whether the water, towels, etc. were too hot beautiful declaration of loveand if I was happy with the pedicure before moving forward to painting the nails. I will definitely go back to Royal Nails and request Jashan. Thank you for such a great service.

I booked a second appointment after a very pleasant first facial. Julie is Johanna's colleague and her professionalism and care are just as excellent as Johanna's. I had another amazing facial and an eyelish lift and tint. Meanwhile, Johanna advised on me on some personal care. Again, do not hesitate to book an appointment here. Professional, clean, well-equipped, kind and attentive.

Will definitely be back for future services. I felt so comfortable during my service, even had a bunch of laughs! Have already told friends and family that it was worth it. Can’t beat her prices either (:
