Absolutely AMAZING! Service was great, staff incredibly friendly and they did an excellent full set of acrylics! It's hard to find a good nail salon and I happened to have stumbled across a true gem, highly recommend anyone looking for an all around wonderful experience to GO HERE!!

Wonderful & Most Perfect Salon experience I've ever had. I walked in overwhelmed and anxious~ But everyone, starting with the Owner, was so calm and welcoming. David rocked the experience, with a painless acrylic set removal, and a beautiful, new gel manicure. He was gentle and precise. 5 Star by far. So glad to have found this gem of a place!!!! I love this place! I get my fingernails and toenails dine here. I'm treated like a queen. Very relaxing. Next visit I'm thinking of upgrading and getting my eyelashes worked on.

From start to finish, it was a professionally run and truly caring place to go to for nail care of all kind. Clean, thorough, and great attention to detail, I will return every time I’m in Phoenix. Vy was great. I feel refreshed and pampered. I highly recommend Vy and this shop.

My daughter and I both had a manicure and pedicure at Gloss and Feathers. This is the third time we've been there while visiting Phoenix. The services were once again fantastic and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We both highly recommend!!

This was a very strange experience at first- I asked my male nail tech a couple simple questions and both answers were short and snippy, like I was bothering him. I called him out for being rude- he said if I didn’t like his attitude he’d get someone else to do my nails. He got up and announced to the entire salon full of people that I didn’t like him, which he continued to repeat as he walked from the front to back. I was “not” embarrassed as he was an emotional mess and very unprofessional. The next lady that took me was lovely and suggested a dip- she did a fantastic job, beautiful work.

I can’t say enough good things about Celine ! She gave me my dream set of gel x nails . I walked in. So upset about what my precious nail gal had done (not done here ) and she took her time and made my nails PERFECT! I couldn’t be happier
