I had such a wonderful experience. She is very professional, friendly, and really listens to what my hair needs. Last month she recommended a shampoo and hair treatment set for my very dry and rough hair, and I’ve been using them ever since. I can already feel my hair becoming softer, healthier, and much easier to manage. Today she even remembered me and asked how my hair was doing, which made me feel genuinely cared for.
