I went in for a nano extension appointment with Holly, and she made me feel so comfortable right from the start. She was chatty, friendly, and genuinely lovely, which made the whole experience even better. Wonderful, so happy with my lashes. Haven’t had them for a while, but she did such a lovely job of them. Also had a hair cut a couple of weeks ago with Sarah lovely atmosphere in the place. Went in for laser tattoo removal and had a solid experience. Cara made the whole thing simple and comfortable from the start. I was a bit unsure beforehand, but she clearly knows her stuff and handled everything professionally. She explained the process properly, set clear expectations, and made sure I was good throughout the session. The treatment itself was way more manageable than I expected. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo removed and want someone who knows what they’re doing and gets on with it, I’d definitely recommend Cara
