First time seeing Kylie getting my nose done, been to her before for my lips and will only ever go to Kylie. She takes such a genuine interest in her clients, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Wouldn’t go to anyone else even though it takes me an hour and a half to get to Bournemouth! I’d recommend her to anyone.

This was my first appointment with Mia and she was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable, had a really good chat but was also comfortable enough to have a lash nap if I wanted. My lashes are amazing! Mia took the time to listen to what I wanted before she started my appointment and got them exactly spot on, I know I’m not the easiest client (as a former beauty therapist) I’m fussy and my eyes are fluttery but Mia made me feel like no trouble at all! Martyna is so good at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She has a very calm demeanour, every lash set I've had with her has got me loads and loads of compliments!! She is the best !
