I had a fantastic experience with Ray. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Booking was easy & straightforward, with clear instructions provided. I appreciated the follow-up reminders, which made it easy to stay organized. During my appointment, Ray was punctual & attentive. What stood out to me was that she took the time to clean my lashes thoroughly before applying the extensions, something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. I’m always happy with the results :) The studio is close to Finch Station, and it’s clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The technician also keeps all her tools super clean, which made me trust her even more.
