Not only did I get to meet the lovely Jessica, but I also got to enjoy another treatment with Ruby, and the entire experience was incredible from beginning to end. They are warm, kind, knowledgeable, and care about making you feel comfortable. They made sure to explain every step, what each treatment was meant for, and why they were doing it. I’ve been booking with her since 2019 and she always kills my lashes every single time. I had an appointment booked two months in advance before my vacation, but I accidentally scheduled it at the same time as my flight. She was so kind and accommodating and managed to squeeze me in last minute the day before I left. Honestly, she has the kindest soul and goes above and beyond. Highly love how she does my lashes ❤️
