I’ve only done my brows a couple of times in my life and this was an incredible experience where I was walked through every step and all the instructions I gave were exactly followed. I’m very happy with my eyebrows and definitely will be returning. As for my lashes this was my first time having a lash lift and again, I was very happy with the outcome.

Ioanna is very good at what she does. I’ve been looking for a long time for someone who actually cares about their customers and the quality of work. I have had extensions for many years and never returned twice to anyone. The lashes fall out or used cheap products. With Ioanna I have had no problems at all. I just went for my third fill and will continue from now on. I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is high end and beautiful. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to I.D beauty and Ioanna was so welcoming. She was very informative when it came to the various styles of lashes she offers and the differences between each set. Her sweet little pup was also an amazing addition to the appointment! I will definitely be back in the future for other services as well😊
