I’ve been getting my eyelash extensions done at Fancy Lash since it first opened. I love the store’s decor and the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere — and of course, their professional eyelash extension techniques! I’ve tried almost every staff member, and their skills are consistently excellent. My favorite is the director, Kathy. She’s warm and friendly, and it’s always a joy to see her. She’s truly an expert among experts when it comes to lash extensions.

I have been doing the lash extensions with Mimi for more than 6 months now. Seriously I can't live without her! 😍😍 I recently tried the new lashes style which is quite different from what I used to do. She communicated with me the options and what I should be mindful to keep the lashes longer. She always comes from the best interests of the clients. I have sensitive eyes and she constantly checks in during the process and explains the aftercare. She also checks in withe me after few days if I tried new products. This makes me feel very comfortable about her recommendations. ❤️❤️

This is my first visit and I was amazed by Mimi's professionalism! 😊 I was overwhelmed with the options/styles and she explained it all in details which helped me to understand the differences. She also communicated about the maintenance upfront so this definitely helped with my choice. The studio is clean and bright which makes me feel comfortable. The whole process was so smoothly done and I couldn't really feel it during the eyelash extensions. I absolutely love the final look that she created. This is my second time getting lash extensions and they look amazing. Not one lash has fallen off yet which is great considering at least 10 lashes from my first set fell off before I went to bed the same day. Highly recommend!

I’ve had eyelash extensions and lash lifts done by Megumi. She is incredibly considerate; she creates a relaxing environment when I want to rest and engages in delightful conversation when I feel like talking. She always suggests the ideal design tailored to the shape of my eyes and my preferences. Throughout all the procedures, I felt very comfortable. The eyelash extensions provided my eyes with natural volume and length, which really makes them stand out. Her lash lift always lasts exceptionally well, even though I tend to rub my eyes a lot!

I got a lash lift and tint, and my brows laminated. The service by Kitty was amazing, she was so thorough and made me feel comfortable. My eyebrows and lashes came out really beautiful. I can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I will most definitely come back.

What a lovely experience! First time I do brow lamination and Kitty did a great job! My eyebrows look and feel so natural! Since we both had time, I also decided to try the BIAB full set which she use a cool gel that reacted to magnets! I am so happy with the result! Not only I felt pampered but also had a great time chatting with lovely Kitty! She even played the music I wanted to listen to! I will definitely be back.
