Jemma is an absolute master of her craft, so gentle and meticulous. She takes the time to understand your goals and achieve them, no cookie cutter brows here! I fall asleep every time because her hands feel like tiny little butterflies. My eyes and skin are sensitive but I’ve never had any irritation or issues because she carefully selects the best products. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now, and my brows and lashes are as thick as ever despite the regular lamis and lash lifts due to Jemma’s knowledge and experience, she doesn’t over process. Noone else will ever touch my brows or lashes!
