After 20+ years with my beautiful Gold Coast hairdresser, I had to look for a new hairstylist as she moved.😢 On her recommendation,I tried Hairoic Salon Helensvale and was fortunate to have Gabbi colour cut and style my hair. Whilst a bit apprehensive of the new adventure , I was sooo happy with my experience. Gabbi was professional, friendly and very caring. Had my first facial today with Erica. It was divine. Erica asked about my skin and concerns and decided on the best treatment that suited me. Jemma is an absolute master of her craft, so gentle and meticulous. She takes the time to understand your goals and achieve them, no cookie cutter brows here! I fall asleep every time because her hands feel like tiny little butterflies. My eyes and skin are sensitive but I’ve never had any irritation or issues because she carefully selects the best products. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now, and my brows and lashes are as thick as ever despite the regular lamis and lash lifts due to Jemma’s knowledge and experience, she doesn’t over process. Noone else will ever touch my brows or lashes!

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows done. Jessica was incredibly professional from start to finish, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I appreciated how honest she was with her advice — it made me feel like I could trust her completely. She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience really comfortable and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work.
