20/10! Mel……….what an artist! My first visit at her beautiful clinic and I will never go anywhere else. I was that client that had Mel working very late on my lashes and wow! She has such attention to detail, and even though we switched up my extensions and what I was used to, my god I’m glad we did. They suit me perfectly and I could not be happier! 5 stars is not enough x

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Erisha who did lash extensions and eyelash lamination and dye for my daughters. Erisha is genuinely the kindest person and is so gentle and caring and brilliant at her job. The mobile service is such a huge help and we will be regular clients as we have never had such beautiful lashes - Thank you ☺️

Amazing final look. Calm and relaxing atmosphere put my social anxiety at ease especially when offered hot brew tea while I waited. The technician I saw was able to look at my reference photos and listen to my desired eyelash extension look and worked a miracle. Once I saw my reflection I was so happy and ecstatic with the result that I fondly expressed my appreciation for the result as well as the entire experience. The staff were kind enough to give me a few sample freebies and the booking and payment process was very simple. I left feeling like a million dollars!

My experience at the salon today was amazing! All the staff were so friendly and inviting. Charlotte did an unreal job on my hair extensions and colour. I honestly walked out stunned, better than I could have ever imagined! She absolutely killed it and I walked out with my hair goals! Listening and seeing Jess teach and guide her apprentices was also beautiful to watch, she does an amazing job with them. So grateful and can’t wait to be back x

Lovely girls who know what they are doing. True professionals who make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I kept drifting off (and snoring 😉) during my eyelash extensions. I’m fussy and I’m soooo happy with these lashes! Will definitely be back

Very professional , sweet lovely staff. As a first timer I would have preferred seeing photos of different eyelash extensions to ensure I got as close as possible to what I wanted. Alternatively, I should have come prepared with a photo. My lashes are little bit “more” than I wanted. Will make sure I do my homework for next appointment in 2 weeks

I had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere at the salon was incredibly relaxing. I'm absolutely loving my new eyebrow shape, which was perfectly tailored to my face. Semhar took her time to get it just right. The eyelash lift turned out amazing too - my lashes look full and don't need mascara, which is a bonus. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back for more treatments 10 out of 10!
