Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue. I’ve had my makeup done by Sophie multiple times and I’m always so happy with the results. She’s talented, professional and really listens to what you want. I also get my eyebrows laminated, waxed, and tinted by her and she does an amazing job every single time they always look perfect. I couldn’t recommend her more! 💕✨

Thank you Chantelle for my usual excellent appointment for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint . Also excellent massage by Emma who is training, i was fully relaxed, she asked what pressure I would like and I said firm and that's exactly what she did checking that the pressure was comfortable .

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.
