Laura-Lea deserves 6 stars! My second time seeing her for 75 minutes of blissful massage and relaxation. I wish I could come every week! The aesthetics, relaxed atmosphere and every detail are thought out perfectly from the heated blanket to fresh mint tea and a personalised approach.

I’ve had my makeup done by Sophie multiple times and I’m always so happy with the results. She’s talented, professional and really listens to what you want. I also get my eyebrows laminated, waxed, and tinted by her and she does an amazing job every single time they always look perfect. I couldn’t recommend her more! 💕✨

Taya did an amazing job on my brows, listened to how I like them shaped and honestly was so gentle I didn’t even feel the wax! She’s also done my nails before and been to the salon MANY times! I had my first treatment (waxing) with Victoria today and it was perfect! Victoria is lovely, the treatment room is warm, inviting and relaxing. I 100% recommend Victoria x

Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue. Thank you Chantelle for my usual excellent appointment for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint . Also excellent massage by Emma who is training, i was fully relaxed, she asked what pressure I would like and I said firm and that's exactly what she did checking that the pressure was comfortable .

Good to be back, love my new lashes!

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

I regularly come here for waxing and Lizzie is the absolute best! I can not rate her highly enough.
