My first session with Jenna was a dream. I felt so relaxed and comfortable and that was before the reflexology even started! It was a beautiful treatment, delivered with care and compassion. The feedback, advice and information given afterwards was very informative and helpful. We were able to talk through a lot which felt wonderful. Very friendly staff in a well appointed clean salon on Hanham High Street. Lovely relaxing 1 hour massage with ambient music and aromatherapy tea lights. The masseuse covers your hair so as not to get oil in it and washes her hands before the head massage. She cleaned the oil off my feet at the end with hot flannels. Personally I need a more medical massage for a lower back problem but this certainly relieved aches and tension especially in the neck and shoulders.

I had a Zero Balancing session with Roland Lewis this morning, and as always, it was exactly what I needed. Roland has a rare ability to “put me back together again.” Living with MS means I have to manage flares while still trying to stay active and live my life, and my sessions with him are an essential part of that balance. Roland works with such calm, grounded expertise ~ I always feel safe, supported, and understood. His treatments help me reset both physically and emotionally, and I walk out feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned. Ever grateful, 3-4 years on :0)

Outstanding massage. I came in hardly being able to move with muscle pain, and half an hour really has made a huge difference. Massage very tailored to what I wanted. The perfect strength. Very lovely staff, cannot recommend enough. Very good value for money. I will be back, have already recommended to friends.

Lovely first impression. He listened very well to what was going on physically and emotionally with my injury. Then he explained clearly what he would do and why, and the treatment itself was a calm and nourishing experience. It's too early for me to say long-term benefits, but this first session certainly felt helpful. I anticipate coming back for more to continue the treatment

Roland has a very calming and reassuring presence, and took a thorough history before explaining factors leading to my awful migraines, and then proceeding with treatment. I feel a little better already today, despite being told (& knowing) that it will likely take a course of treatment to fully make a difference. The space is also really comfortable and peaceful, and is a lovely place to have treatment.

Took the time to thoroughly explain the process at the beginning and throughout the entirety of the session and answer any questions. Provided clear and precise instructions for after care at the end of the session. Very early days following the treatment but already some notable improvement. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family, looking forward to follow up session!

Wild to say, but this might have been the best massage I’ve ever had. Ellen was acutely atuned to the specifics of my back issues, I felt so heard & like she knew exactly the spots that needed deeper work and talked me through the steps she was going to take and helped diagnose wider contributing factors. She went out of her way to find a booking that worked for me, offered a gorgeous herbal tea, selected a variety of essential oils catered specifically to my needs, asking if I had any specific smell sensitivity and discounted me a hand made ‘magic golden balm’ for continued pain relief.

There’s something magical about Jenna’s touch which transcends any description of reflexology. I felt nurtured as a whole person mind body and spirit, and safe in her hands.
