Wow! I am absolutely taken back by how amazing this woman is at her job. Let me tell you, I am the WEIRDEST person with having my eyebrows done by anyone. It seems no matter where I go, I always leave feeling a bit upset about how they look. Not this time! I am in loooove with them! Truly, I couldn’t be more grateful. Then the LVL - absolute game changer! My lashes look so long and healthy, without curving all the way back. Grace listens to your anxieties about any treatments and makes sure you’re comfortable with whole process. She is ridiculously knowledgeable in her field too!

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. I had my eyelash lift & tint, and eyebrow wax and tint done by Lucy, she was so friendly and welcoming, and so easy to chat too. She is a great asset to Eloquin, and I can’t wait to come back for more treatments with her!

Gem is a fantastic beautician, but she’s especially outstanding and very quick at intimate waxing. She always talks to you while she’s doing it so you don’t have time to think about it and she’s so quick at it, so it’s all over and done within half an hour max.
