Colleen was lovely and her massage was great. She listened to the areas I was needing focus on and applied a relieving pressure with confident hands. She spoke to me when I spoke to her but didn't initiate conversation, in a professional way. The environment is relaxing and beautiful too. She also gave praise to her colleagues without any sense of competition or fear I might switch to them which reflects well on her and the facility. It feels like a strong team with great skill I am grateful to find, on recommendation from a friend. I will definitely be booking again!

I had my 1st dermaplane treatment today and Colleen did an excellent job. She told me everything I need to do for aftercare, and the reasons why. The ladies at Ignite Your Soul are all fantastic and you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this Spa.

not only is she a beautiful soul with great energy, but she has the knowledge to make your lashes strengthen and grow even with lashes on ! she teaches proper care, she educates you and she listens to what you want and makes it a reality. I also did my eyebrows with her and her ombre technique is flawless im always receiving compliments. 100% would recommend for all of her services.

Once you go to Albina, you’ll never want to go anywhere else. I have super sensitive eyes that would cry during lash appointments. Due to the tears, I would need a fill every two weeks! Albina uses the best quality products in the industry and her articulate skill set and her application techniques always leave my eyebrows and lashes flawless. My experience at Ignite Your Soul Wellness Spa was deeply restorative and healing on many levels.
