I had the 60 minute winter offer with hot stones, eyelash and eyebrow tint, the massage was so relaxing, just what I needed on tgese cold winter days. I would definately recommend Charly, she is the best around.

Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in guiding me on what shape and length of nails to go for. Plus was extremely responsive in listening to / deciding the colour of French nail I wanted due to previous nails being not to my taste at another salon. She got the colour spot on. Hanna is amazing. I’ve been going to her for my lashes and eyebrows for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s not just about how great my lashes and eyebrows always look (which is consistently excellent), but also how comfortable she makes me feel. I can completely be myself around her, she always listens (even though I do like to chat!), and I always feel at ease. I’ve recommended Hanna to so many people, and they’ve all become regular clients too. Highly recommend.

Best lash tech in Bristol!!!

I had an eye lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint - Elise was very accommodating as she knows I don't like my brows being too dark. They are perfect! Also had my finger and toe nails done - French on my toes and polish on my finger nails. Elise advised me not to have gel as she wants to keep an eye on one of my nails! Although I was a bit gutted, I know she was only looking out for me. So Thank you :)

My 1st time going to Hanna today & I am so glad I did! She is so welcoming & friendly ☺️ she made me feel at ease & we had a great chat while I had my treatments! I had a Korean lash lift & brow lamination & I am so pleased with both - my lashes & brows look fab! Lovely, comfortable beauty room in her house too.
