She explained the process and also reminded me the texture I was looking for wasnt the best for the health of my bleached hair so we created a process so that I could achieve the look I was after. Lauren always does a really good job. Used to go to her at the old salon and still continue into her own business. She always makes me feel comfortable and never judged. Down to earth and able to crack a joke. Along with the floof that greeted me was super friendly 😊 can't wait to return
