Fran is amazing! I’ve followed her for 9 years which says a lot. Her massages are incredible and she is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to eyebrow threading and intimate waxing. Highly recommend

Incredible eyebrow threading, best ever and I have done threading for years at many highly rated places. Mandeep is highly skilled, took the time to shape them in a way no one has before and showed me how to fill them in to enhance the shape. Hands down - best eyebrow threading. This is the first time that I have had my eyebrows threaded. I am so happy with the results.

This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

Had a lash lift and HD eyebrows with Kinga and they were highly professional and attentive and felt at ease with them and had the most lovely experience. I've had lash lifts before but never had HD brows and im glad I went for them instead of a usual shape and tint I have at places as Ive had so many compliments. Even the room itself for the treatment was so pretty, clean and the bed was so comfy and supportive which is great for me as I have lower back issues and felt able to fully switch off my mind to the calmness. Highly recommend Kinga and think I've found my new favourite salon.

Fran is such a lovely girl and so caring. She threads eyebrows which is so much better (and less painful!) than waxing. So convenient in the centre of West Bridgford upstairs in the fab No4 Hair Salon.

Would like to say a huge thank you for making me feel 10 times better walking out the salon, than what I did when I walk in. Every time without fail. Always made to feel welcome and comfortable. I put 100% trust in the appearance of my lashes and brows into Sarah’s professional expertise. Always being more than happy with the final results. Outstanding salon , with outstanding beautician’s. Which never fail to impress. No surprises why it’s an award winning salon. 10/10

Lovely, professional and very attentive. I had a back massage and facial threading, MJ was very thorough and listens to preferences. I was very happy with the service she provided and will be booking with her again ☺️
