Perry is absolutely amazing at eyebrow threading! She is extremely patient, gentle, and truly skilled at what she does. Her hospitality is always wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the service every time I visit. Even though I live in Ramsgate, I always travel to Westgate just to have my eyebrows done by Perry — that’s how good she is! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommend!

Alexandra always does my gels with builder gel beautifully and they last for ages, well over 5 weeks, and they’d go for longer than that if I didn’t need them redoing. I’ve also had pedicures, waxing, brow and lash tinting and lash perms and lifts. My last lash lift lasted so long, I think I got it done in mid September and they still looked amazing in December - although it does matter how well you take care of them and where you are in the growth cycle. She’s got years of experience and is very confident, kind, and understanding. Her beauty room is gorgeous, and bed/ equipment all fantastic.

As always, the massage was deeply relaxing and expertly done. Today was the first time I added the sound therapy, and it truly made the session even more relaxing and unique. The sound vibrations added a deeper level of relaxation, creating an almost meditative state. For the first time ever, I was asleep for at least 80% of the treatment — which says everything!
