Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded by Nafesa before, but this was my first time booking LVL and an eyebrow tint. I was really impressed with the results. The brows came out a bit too dark at first, but she managed to tone them down, and I appreciate that it might take a little trial and error to find the perfect shade. The finish was excellent, and this will definitely be my new go‑to spot for lashes and brows.
