Today I had threading with one of Durga’s new staff members. She was very thorough and it wasn’t as painful as I’d experienced at other places that do it. I think because she is highly experienced at this treatment. It’s nice to know that if Durga is not there, that her staff are great too.

Easy to get a booking, beautiful and clean space. Amy was a delight and gave my eyebrows a much needed refresh :)

They did a fantastic job with my eyelashes! So comfortable I snoozed off haha I also did eyebrow shaping, usually I get sensitivity when waxing but not this time. very clean and calming spa.

Pros: Lovely, kind staff. Relaxing, calm & aesthetic atmosphere. Great eyebrow lamination. Cons: Took about 15-20mins to start the appointment, which lasted 2hrs (a little longer than usual). Lash lift could have been better/higher (despite me asking 2 different staff members to have it extremely high).

II had my a full face and eyebrow wax and had my eyelash extension done this week at Mystic Spa. I usually like to wait a few days before I write a review because some extensions ive had before can get irritating and uncomfortable or begin to fall out. But they did such a great job! The girls made sure to discuss both what I wanted and what would look good. The lashes are the perfect length for me but also I cant even notice I have them on. The wax was thorough with no wasted pulls. And my eyebrows are nice and even now and I have a great line to follow which is exactly what I needed.

Walked into a place that was like a 10 star wellness retreat in South East Asia! Tea served upon arrival, and everything was beautiful, calming, welcoming and professional. Had the best sleep of my life as technician worked ever so gently on me. Then woke up to the lightest set I've ever had! Didn't believe I had eyelash extensions until I looked in the mirror to such volume! I got my eyebrows done, too and they're fantastic. Extremely happy with the service. Thank you, Mystic Spa!

I had came to Mystic Spa Retreat to get my eyebrows threaded. I absolutely love my new brows they heaps better and look very nice. The lady that did it was very professional and friendly and service was quick easy. I will be back for all my other beauty needs. If anyone needs anything done recommend to come to Mystic!
