I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! Always have an amazing experience with Citrine Clinic! I have been a returning customer for many years now and cannot fault the ladies, especially Nazia and Zafreen for their amazing customer service. Zafreen always goes above and beyond for the services she provides on the day - whether it is a quick eyebrow appointment or even lengthier appointments like facial or body laser treatments -she has always been a gem! Time truly goes so fast that before i know it the session has come to an end. I highly recommend this clinic if you want to look and feel amazingly rejuvenated and relaxed!

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

The eyebrow lady did a fab job very nice finish and shape on my eyebrows!! Anne Marie makes me feel a million dollars every time I leave that salon I have wonderful hair thanks to her!

Marina is absolutely passionate and 100% around customers satisfaction, not been to a salon before that goes above and beyond, henna brows were perfectionally done, I've not had 1 brow for 2 years the hair had fallen out, the shape marina did was perfect for my face, and I was so happy seeing both brows equal now, I never leave reviews but honestly I was so impressed with professionalism and dedication from marina. The massage was fantastic, so relaxing and heavenly. Thank you marina and nusret.
