I had such a great experience! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and paid so much attention to detail. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure they looked natural, clean, and perfectly shaped. The whole appointment was comfortable and professional, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've gotten so many compliments on my brows since. I highly recommend her!!

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows laminated along with a Korean lash lift and tint combo! Sarah was attentive to what I wanted and mapped and shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face. The space was clean and relaxing and the whole process ran smoothly. She truly made me feel comfortable the entire time! I’m really happy with the results. Definitely will be booking another service. Highly recommend!!

Every time I have visited LUX I have never left disappointed. I started going when they opened several years ago, and swear by the salon and their staff. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. Abby is a very professional and friendly nail tech who has keen attention to detail. She is very talented in the freehand designs she has done for me. I get Sandy to wax my eyebrows, and she too has pristine attention to detail regarding my eyebrows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-stop-shop salon!

I am considerably picky when it comes to my nails and brows. Rita is amazing for both. Her threading and Henna brows are out of this world!!!! This is my 4th time doing this service with her and my brows have never had better shape or colour!! They last for 4 weeks. I just had my mom and sister go to her for their brows and they will be returning!!

It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

I just got my brows and lashes done by Sarah, I’m obsessed! She always makes sure you’re happy with the final outcome before leaving. She also explained to me retinal use with waxing so we tweezed them instead! Thank you!!!!

This was my first experience with Sarah & getting my brows laminated and i’m so impressed with her talent! She is super friendly and provided me with all of the proper information to take care of my brows, as well as making the tint spot on to my natural colour. I usually don’t trust anyone with my brows but I will definitely be continuing to let her work her magic in the future :)

Sarah is truly amazing at what she does. She never disappoints and always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. She takes her time and makes sure that you check as she is working on your brows throughout the service to ensure you are happy. Sarah always goes above and beyond and I would not choose anyone else!
