I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. It was a gift that lead me to Sarah. I was a little apprehensive as I have a frozen shoulder and some other issues surrounding my shoulder/neck area. However, Sarah listened to my concerns and concentrated on these areas to help release stiffness and provided me with some exercises to continue on my journey to recovery. I will certainly return for not only physio but relaxation sessions.
