I purchased the Abhyanga/Trigger Point/Fascia release Massage with Add On Energy Healing and it was my first time to experience this. Nada graciously took her time with my appointment, and paid great attention to the areas where I experienced physical pain and to release it. There were pain in places I was so familiar with and had become so comfortable with the discomfort I didn’t realise it could be released. As someone who suffers from Endometriosis, Anxiety and stress, this was the perfect treatment. I feel that Nada is very professional and deeply attuned to her practise and client needs.

Excellent massage! I have sore heels from plantar fasciitis, and they paid great attention to this area. The pressure was perfect, and they really helped relieve the pain and discomfort. I also needed some stress relief, and the massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I felt amazing afterwards. Highly recommended!
