Wow… thank you so much Olivia! My treatment was SO relaxing and Olivia was so warm and friendly and lovely and clearly so well trained and knowledgeable. She talked me through what she was doing at every step and how that would benefit my skin and gave me such thorough instructions for pre treatment and after care. I felt in very safe hands and my skin has felt and looked incredible ever since, so smooth and glowy. The salon was also very lovely and sparkling clean. Olivia was very thorough and detailed at my first microneedling session. I was a little nervous just because my skin had a little breakout and tends to be sensitive, but she made me feel relaxed and at ease as she walked me through every step of the treatment and checked in on me throughout.
