Anna is wonderful. Super welcoming and friendly. I had booked in for an initial consultation. She really put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I felt so comfortable that we went ahead with treatment right there and then. Anna explained the procedure clearly to me, the aftercare, results etc. She chatted all throughout and was extremely lovely to chat to!
