I booked Olivia for a hair wash and blow dry and the experience was 10/10. She strangled with care, explained every step of what she was doing. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on 4C hair. If you are a natural hair girlie, I highly recommend her services.

I had anti-wrinkle injections and am super impressed. Previous experiences elsewhere were bad, but Raisah listened to all my concerns—I hate a heavy forehead and feel I’m getting extra skin around my eyes, which if not done right can make them look hooded. I’ve been left looking fresh, like I haven’t had anything done, yet smoother, and my face feels more symmetrical. Raisah is very calculated—targeting the right muscles and assessing facial structure. Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Chris is an amazing professional. My daughter and I would not go anywhere else to cut our hair. He times his clients perfectly well, making sure there is minimal, if any, waiting time. His salon is a relaxing place where we are always greeted with a friendly smile.
